Brooke Pickett
Brooke is an artist as well as the founder and director of the Central City Artist Project. Born and raised in Louisiana, her work has been exhibited locally, nationally and internationally. For the last three years she has been a visiting professor at Middlebury College, where she teaches advanced painting.
Leyya Tawil
Artistic Director of Dance Elixir, Leyya Tawil has received numerous grants and awards including the University of Michigan Emerging Artist Award 2008. Leyya's work has been presented internationally at the Beirut International Platform On Dance 2009, La Sala Rosa (Montreal), Overtoom 301 (Amsterdam) and CESTA (Czech Republic). Within the U.S., Dance Elixir has been presented by San Francisco International Arts Festival (SF), The Flea (NYC), Oakland Art Gallery (Oakland, CA), Museum of Contemporary Art Detroit, Contemporary Art Institute of Detroit, Arab American National Museum, Arts at Middlebury (VT), and Alwan for the Arts (NYC). Leyya just completed a 2-year appointment at Middlebury College in Vermont as the Artist-In-Residence in Dance. She also co-directs the Temescal Arts Center, a low-cost performance space for in Oakland-CA.

Ingrid Ludt
Ingrid is an artist, educator and curator living in Albany, New York. She has taught advanced drawing at the University of Albany (SUNY) as an Adjunct Professor and served as an Assistant Curator of The Fields Sculpture Park at Art Omi International Arts Center for two seasons. Ingrid has won several grants from the New York Foundation for the Arts and has shown her work in various galleries and institutions, including Art Omi, The Arts Center of the Capital Region, Albany Institute of History and Art, Storefront Artist Project, NURTUREart, Inc., and A.M. Richard Fine Art.
JoAnne Carson
JoAnne is a professor at the University of Albany (SUNY) and lives and works in Brooklyn, New York. Her work can be found in various public collections, including the Brooklyn Museum of Art, the Museum of Contemporary Art in Chicago and the Frederick Weisman Art Foundation in Los Angeles. JoAnne received the Rome Prize, the Purchase Prize from the American Academy of Arts and Letters and individual grants from the National Endowment for the Arts and The Awards in the Visual Arts. Her work has been exhibited in numerous solo and group exhibitions including The Fort Worth Art Museum, The Museum of Contemporary Art in Chicago, the Whitney Biennial Exhibition and the Albright Knox Gallery.

Katy Jane Tull
Project Assistant
Katy is a graduate of Bard College where she studied Photography and US literature. Her non-profit experience comes from working with Chinati, in Marfa TX. Katy also has gallery experience, working for galleries in both New York and San Francisco. She currently lives in New Orleans.
